The Hague University of Applied Sciences (THU) is a vibrant campus within walking distance of the cultural city centre. The University was created by merging 14 traditional 19th century institutions.

The Netherlands has two main types of higher education institutions - research universities and universities of applied sciences. THU is a university of applied sciences with a professionally focused, hands-on approach - mixing theory and practice. It will prepare you for the challenges ahead in your specific career.

The Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO), is responsible for accrediting study programmes offered by Dutch universities. All international bachelor's and master's programmes offered by THU are NVAO recognised.
