Student for 1 day at the HU University of Applied Science, Utrecht!
Are you interested in becoming a student at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and you are not a Dutch resident? The HU
organizes a special Study try out day for international students!
Experience yourself how it is like to be a student at the HU. During this day you will attend a regular class so you get
a feeling how our education is like. You also get the change to meet our students and hear about their experiences!
A tour around our big, modern campus will also be included. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to walk through
our beautiful ancient city center with a guide. The center is vibrant with lots of activities and cafes for students!
Date: 9th of March, 2012, from 10.00 till 17.00 pm.
Study programmes: International Business and Management Studies (IBMS), International Marketing Management
(IMM) and International Communication and Media (ICM).
Programme:
09.45: Welcome with coffee/tea
10.00 Presentation Study at the HU
10.40 Attend a class of IBMS, IMM or ICM
12.30- 13.30 Lunch and speed dating with IBMS, IMM and ICM students
13.30- 14.30 Tour around the campus and student housing
14.30-15.00 Transport to center
15.00 – 17.00 Tour through the medieval center of Utrecht, with professional city guide

You will also have the opportunity to visit the HU the next day, at our Open day! At the open day all our faculties open
their doors for visitors. Professors and students will answer your questions about entry requirements, the course
content of our Bachelor's, Master's and short programmes and many more. You can visit presentations from all the
different study programmes from the HU. The Open day is from 10:00 till 15:00hrs.
