The PGDipHRM is a programme of part time study. Classes are conveniently timed, generally in the evening to fit around your work and home schedules.

Do I need a university degree to enter the Programme?

No, you don’t. You can enrol in a Certificate and then progress to the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management …

• You must have at least three years work experience at an appropriate level.
• Upon acceptance by the Director, you complete a certificate programme.
• However, if you already have a tertiary qualification and three years’ work experience acceptable to the Director, you will be enrolled in the Postgraduate Diploma from the start.
