Students select courses in their area of interest. Upon successful completion, students are eligible for admission into the specific Masters program which relates to the studies undertaken in the Graduate Certificate program. Attendance The Graduate Certificate in Business is offered full-time and part-time on campus at the South Bank and Gold Coast campuses. You may choose to study courses at other campuses if or where the program structure allows. As a full-time student, you will generally attend 9-12 hours of scheduled classes per week throughout the semester. As a part-time student, you will generally attend 3-6 hours of scheduled classes per week. Classes may be scheduled during the day and evening throughout the week. Sufficient classes will be scheduled from 5 p.m. to accommodate part-time students unavailable to attend classes during the day. You will be classed as a part-time student if you are enrolled in less than 30 credit points per semester. International students must maintain a full-time study load. Career opportunities Completion of the Graduate Certificate in Business will provide a pathway for students wishing to pursue more advanced studies in a specific discipline. Its primary purpose is to prepare students for further postgraduate studies. Students will graduate with a foundation level of knowledge in a specific discipline and will be equipped to handle the more advanced studies encountered in a Masters program.
