Course Description

The Graduate Certificate in Health Leadership and Management is a program for health care professionals seeking the leadership skills required to be an effective manager in the context of health care; critically evaluate and incorporate reflective practice in a leadership role; and to analyse and demonstrate the values of coaching and mentoring skills.

The program comprises four six-credit point subjects offered by flexible delivery.
