Description: 
   This master's degree is offered to legal and non-legal professionals working in the area of commercial and resources law.
Admission requirements: 
   Successful completion of the units required for the Graduate Diploma in Commercial and Resources Law of this University with an average mark of at least 60 per cent; or a Bachelor of Laws of this University or equivalent status; or a bachelor's degree with honours in another discipline requiring at least four years of full-time study or equivalent status. Applicants with qualifications from overseas institutions where English is not the medium of instruction must provide evidence of English language competency equivalent to an IELTS score of 7.0 overall with no band lower than 7.0. Applicants whose first language is not English, but who hold degrees from institutions where English is the medium of instruction, may be required to provide further evidence of English language competency.
