All the units combine a critical examination of scholarly literature with a consideration of practical problems in areas such as policing, Aboriginal justice, women and crime, juvenile crime, and crime prevention. | | Admission requirements: | | | (a) a bachelor's degree in law or in a relevant field of social science from UWA or equivalent as recognised by the Faculty; or (b) qualifications and experience in a relevant field of criminal justice or social policy administration which the Faculty recognises as equivalent to the qualifications described in (a); or (c) a level of education, duration and level of professional experience considered by the Faculty as sufficient to permit satisfactory completion of the course. Applicants with qualifications from overseas institutions where English is not the medium of instruction must provide evidence of English language competency equivalent to an IELTS score of 7.0 overall with no band lower than 7.0.
