Description: 
   This graduate diploma is offered to legal and non-legal professionals working in the areas of commercial and resources law.
Admission requirements: 
   (a) the Bachelor of Laws of this University or equivalent as recognised by the Faculty; or (b) a bachelor's degree in another relevant subject areas as determined by the Faculty and to a level of competency considered by the Faculty to be sufficient to permit satisfactory completion of the course; or (c) a level of education and professional experience considered by the Faculty to be sufficient to permit satisfactory completion of the course. Applicants with qualifications from overseas institutions where English is not the medium of instruction must provide evidence of English language competency equivalent to an IELTS score of 7.0 overall with no band lower than 7.0. Applicants whose first language is not English, but who hold degrees from institutions where English is the medium of instruction, may be required to provide further evidence of English language competency.
