This is a one-year programme for students wishing to upgrade their engineering knowledge. It provides a pathway for Bachelor of Engineering Technology or non-engineering degree graduates to progress to the Master of Engineering Studies and Master of Engineering qualifications.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• An three-year engineering degree or a four-year bachelors degree and relevant work experience
  OR
• Relevant engineering or research and development work experience as determined by the Postgraduate Board of studies.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Applicants for whom English or Māori is not their first language are required to provide proof of an acceptable pass/grade gained in an accepted English language test.
