This Graduate Diploma is designed for health workers who may not have a degree, but who have considerable professional experience, and wish to obtain a qualification in their field of practice. To qualify for a Graduate Diploma in Health Science a student must achieve a minimum of 120 points by successfully completing papers in relevant undergraduate degrees as approved by the Board of Studies, of which at least 75 points must be at Level 7. Students will be guided in their choice of suitable papers.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants are required to have one of the following:
- Completion of a relevant Bachelors degree or its equivalent.
- Relevant professional practice or experience in a related health field.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for whom English or Māori is not their first language are required to provide proof of an acceptable pass/grade gained in an accepted English language test.
