Program Code: 8735 Commencement: Semester 1 (March) or Semester 2 (July) Program Duration: 1 year Estimated Annual Tuition Fees: A$23,280 The Master of Science and Technology in Environmental Science is a specialist program comprising environmental courses offered by the Faculty. Specialisation is achieved by undertaking study in one or two environmental streams of the program, although some flexibility in courses may be permitted at the discretion of the Program Co-ordinator. The program focuses on the nature of environmental problems and the methodology of their evaluation and management. Emphasis is placed on the development of relevant skills in environmental analysis and planning. Entry RequirementsA recognised four-year Bachelor degree in a relevant science or engineering based discipline; or a three-year Bachelor degree in a related area with a minimum of two years relevant industry experience. Program StructureThe program consists of courses totalling 48 units of credit (UOC). It is the third stage in an articulated sequence of Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Master of Science and Technology programs in Environmental Science.
