This Graduate Certificate program is intended to provide professionals from other disciplines with an awareness of the principles of ergonomics sufficient for them to be able to identify ergonomics problems in human-technology-environment systems and to be able to recommend a user-centred, systems approach to their assessment and control.

Entry Requirements

A recognised Bachelor degree in a related area or an equivalent qualification at an acceptable level. Other academic and/or professional qualifications may be considered.

Program Structure

The program consists of courses totalling 48 units of credit (UOC). It is the first stage in an articulated sequence of Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Master of Science and Technology programs in Ergonomics.
