Swan TAFE's Associate Degree in Hospitality Management was developed in consultation with experienced industry representatives. Unlike a traditional degree, which comes from a theoretical and academic perspective, this qualification provides students with a body of knowledge that contributes to the growth and development of both academic and industry areas.
The Associate Degree in Hospitality Management provides students with the opportunity to bridge the gap between vocational and theoretical research through the acquisition of research based knowledge and an in-depth understanding of broad-based, theoretical and multi-disciplinary concepts.
Swan TAFE graduates are highly sought after by hospitality employers, particularly in five-star hotels. Graduates have a real chance of establishing their career in various hospitality positions including Restaurant Supervisor/Manager, Food/Beverage Manager, Front Office Manager, Events and Conventions Manager and Hotel Manager.
By studying an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management course at Swan TAFE you will be able to enrol in the 3rd year of a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at Murdoch University, majoring in Hospitality & Tourism.
