We aim to raise you academically so that you can qualify as a professional building services engineer. You will be able to deal with the design, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and management of various building services systems. Entry To be eligible for admission, you must satisfy the General Entrance Requirements and the following specific entrance requirements: -
E or above in two of the following HKALE subjects: Physics, Engineering Science, Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Chemistry; OR -
E or above in one of the following HKALE subjects: Physics, Engineering Science, Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Chemistry; and - E or above in two of the following HKALE AS subjects: Physics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics and Statistics, or Chemistry.

Upon the successful completion of the common first year, you can have the option of transferring and continue your study in second year with other streams: Structural and Geotechnical Engineering or Construction Engineering Management. You can still graduate in three years no matter which stream you take.
