Our programme is the only one in Hong Kong that enables students to undertake rigorous training in business while simultaneously acquiring a good working knowledge of the Japanese language. Specifically, the programme strives to provide them with: Careers A number of new opportunities for innovative businesses is opening in Japan as it continues its dramatic economic restructuring. The last several years have seen a surge in foreign investment as companies from around the globe (including Hong Kong) successfully tap into the world's second largest economy and one of the world's richest consumer markets. At the same time, more and more Japanese companies are moving their manufacturing operations to the mainland China or sourcing products from the mainland via Hong Kong.
Graduates of this programme, with their knowledge in business, Japanese, English (and often Putonghua), are in a particularly good position to launch careers related to these new trends. Recent graduates have joined Japanese companies in Hong Kong or companies and organizations dealing with Japan. Other graduates have capitalized on their solid business training to pursue careers not directly connected with Japan. Entry
