Notes:The ICMS campus is situated in the beachside suburb of Manly, just half an hour by car from the Macquarie University campus. All students have internet access at the College to both ICMS and Macquarie library facilities.

Please note that a student's specialisation in Property Services Management will not be stated on their testamur (graduation certificate) but it will be included on their academic transcript.
