The course provides practical training in food and beverage service, housekeeping, front office, hospitality supervision and management, and the organisation and management of special events, meetings and conventions. | | Career Opportunities Successful completion of this training program provides participants with the basic skills and knowledge to assist gaining employment in the meetings and events industry, or the general hospitality industry working in hotels, motels, restaurants, at the operational, supervisory or management levels. Participants who complete the course can articulate into the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality and/or Tourism, and gain recognition for the units that have been successfully completed.
