It aims to provide a legal education which equips students with a critical and questioning attitude, offers a broad perspective and provides the foundation for a career in an extensive range of legal work. Advanced StandingStudents may apply for advanced standing for relevant subjects completed at approved tertiary institutions. Course RequirementsStudents who enrol in the Bachelor of Laws (Direct Entry) must complete the following: a) all compulsory Law subjects in the sequence set out in the relevant Course Program; b) elective subjects to the value of 88 credit points from the Bachelor of Laws Elective Law Schedule. HonoursTo be eligible for the award of Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a candidate must complete the elective LLB313 Legal Research Project as part of the above Course Requirements.
