Applying To University Abroad - The Application Process

Applying to Australian And New Zealand Universities

The process is as follows;

• Complete an application form and submit with original copies of your academic transcripts and certificates. Academic transcripts are issued with your degree certificate and list all the courses you have taken and the marks you received for each course.

• You will generally receive an offer in 4-6 weeks - for students that submit an application prior to gaining results, you will be issued with a conditional offer dependent on your final results.

• Once you have received an offer you accept it by meeting any conditions, signing the acceptance form and paying the first semesters fees (there are two semesters in an academic year in Australia and fees are payable per semester).

• On receipt of your acceptance form and payment you will be issued with an Electronic Conferment of enrolment (commonly known as an eCOE).

• The eCOE enables you to apply for your student visa online at www.immi.gov.au

Applying to European University

The process is as above but you are not required to pay a semesters fees as a deposit as you do not need a visa to study at a European University.
